Based on James Island in Charleston, SC, we produce a variety of artisanal, fermented foods. All of our products are made using the ancient, naturally occurring, dynamic process of lactic acid fermentation to preserve unique, delicious combinations of farm fresh fruits and vegetables. We use local and organic produce whenever we can. Our ferments attain a crisp, lively acidity from the activity of living cultures and are made without the use of heat in order to preserve these probiotics and the benefits of eating them. We use no artificial preservatives, and everything we make is raw, vegan, live, gluten and dairy free.
